When it comes to FILES vs. Attachments, the key is knowing where you
are in the data hierarchy. Files exist at the Site, Project and Commitment levels and can be added via the entity page “Files” tab”. For our migrated clients, this functionality is similar to what existing in PROMPT.ed.
